Meet Kelly

Hi, I’m Kelly! 

I’m a registered social worker with experience working in both community health and private practice settings. I graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Social Work.  

​

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and families as they navigate various challenges. I believe that families are a team, and my role is to support that team through difficult times, helping each member find their strength and resilience.

I’m passionate about the idea that everyone can benefit from extra support at times, and I truly believe that a strong community and support system are essential for all of us.

My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space to unpack the tough stuff or just learn new skills. Together, we’ll work on building effective coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and resilience to help families thrive in the face of life’s challenges.
